Do you stock professional lash extension supplies and adhesives?

Yes. Lasting Cosmetics offers lash extension supplies, including premium lashes, adhesives, accessories, disposables and tools curated for high-quality, premium lasting lash applications for proffesionals.

Are your PMU, microblading, SofTap and Microneedling products safe to use?

Yes. Lasting Cosmetics maintains strict premium medical grade quality standards. Our training kits and professional tools are designed for safety and precision. In addition, devices like Microneedling machines come with a one-year warranty on the mechanism, provided they aren’t damaged through misuse.

Absolutely. Our products are trusted by professionals and also user-friendly for beginners. Whether you're training or already established, you'll find tools and products to suit your skill level and goals.

Do you offer international shipping or only within South Africa?

Our shipping currently serves South Africa only. Orders sent domestically are dispatched daily by 1 pm (if paid by 12 pm) and typically arrive within 2–3 working days, with longer delivery possible for remote areas.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

After placing your order and completing payment by 12 noon, it’s sent the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days within South Africa; remote areas may experience longer transit.

Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or refund for eligible items (unused and in original packaging). Note that items like lash adhesives are time-sensitive and cannot be returned. Sale items are also not refundable.

What payment methods are accepted on the Lasting Cosmetics shop?

Payment must be finalized before 12 noon for same-day order dispatch. We offer standard options like credit card or EFT as well as PayFlex & PayFast are accepted. Please complete payment promptly to ensure timely shipping.
